All of the services and management fees will be covered in a brochure that will be presented to you with your purchase contract.

Owners, who chose to enter a leasing arrangement with us, will receive additional services that include: cleaning of the apartments; linen changing; supply of hygienic and sanitary products; reception services, as well as advertising and leasing services.
